Spinach tea

To be honest, if you "eat everything you call", you lose weight. It really bothered me. Food is food. Each meal contains a number of calories and a set of nutrients according to your diet. It contains the most healthy and low-calorie foods, but there is no food that miraculously penetrates your body and destroys fat. You start burning fat when you eat foods that are healthy and low in calories, because you get energy by burning stored foods. Food Fat will only be good for you because it is low in calories and that's it.

Spinach is a good dietary choice if you go on a diet and try to lose weight because it is low in calories and very nutritious, spinach will help you throughout your diet and protect you from malnutrition.

Spinach for thick and long hair

Regular consumption of spinach in my opinion is the intake of vitamin supplements for my hair. Spinach has many nutrients such as iron, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin B, this combination of nutrients is very important for hair growth.

Anemia is one of the most common causes of alopecia (hair loss). If a patient comes to me with complaints about hair loss, I immediately order a complete blood count as the first step. The iron in spinach, as we discussed earlier, helps maintain iron levels in the blood and is sufficient to increase hair growth.

Every hair experiences a cycle of growth, death and loss. Scientists have studied the effects of vitamin C in this cycle and found that vitamin C decreases the rate of cell death and increases the rate of new hair growth. Spinach is known for its high vitamin C content, so it is highly recommended to eat spinach.

Spinach and eye health

This is not a known spinach effect, but I have found many studies that discuss the benefits of spinach for eye health and its reasons.

I will start the story from the beginning, plants are colored because they contain organic pigments called carotenoids. Carotenoids are not naturally synthesized by the body, but we can get various types of carotenoids by swallowing them in food. Spinach contains two carotenoids, Luthein and zeaxanthin, which are very important for eye health and are present in the macular lobe of the eye (the retina) and offer sufficient protection against light falling on the retina. They also act as antioxidants and prevent the formation of free radicals that destroy the retina.
