Spinach cooked

Spinach cooked with olive oil and garlic, it is better prepared with a squeeze of lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook only spinach! Easy to prepare - only about 10 minutes cooking time! Healthy and beautiful side dishes for grilled meat, steak and chicken. Cheap, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces of fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 whole lemon (lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon peel or lemon peel
  • Salt and Pepper

  • Uncovering hundreds of spinach - to get the best spinach, cook enough to dry - don't overdo it.
  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 fingers of fresh garlic when the oil is hot and boil the garlic for about 1 minute to release the aroma. Keep stirring so that the garlic doesn't burn.
  • Add spinach, one hand at a time, and add another handheld when spinach wilts and boil over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Take it from the cooking area and cover. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Open and stir. Just one touch of fresh lemon juice straight from the lemon (with about a quarter of a small lemon) and stir to mix. Don't use lemon juice in a bottle (too sour).
  • Season the spinach and if necessary add a pinch of salt (about 1/8 teaspoon) and cracked fresh pepper. That should be enough, if necessary add more salt and pepper. Sprinkle lemon rind.
