Ingredients
- 800 g - breadfruit
- 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp - chili pepper powder
- 4 tbsp - Rice flour
- Oil for shallow preparation
- Salt to style
How to build Breadfruit Fritters:
- Peel and cut the breadfruit into 1/2 in. thick spherical slices.
- take away the core and cut every ring into 2. Soak the slices in water for twenty minutes.
- Drain and infuse in an exceedingly mixture of salt, turmeric powder and chili pepper powder for ten minutes.
- Roll every slice within the rice flour until equally coated on each side.
- Shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown.
