Ripe breadfruit fritters


Ingredients

  • 800 g - breadfruit
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - chili pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp - Rice flour
  • Oil for shallow preparation
  • Salt to style


How to build Breadfruit Fritters:

  • Peel and cut the breadfruit into 1/2 in. thick spherical slices.
  • take away the core and cut every ring into 2. Soak the slices in water for twenty minutes.
  • Drain and infuse in an exceedingly mixture of salt, turmeric powder and chili pepper powder for ten minutes.
  • Roll every slice within the rice flour until equally coated on each side.
  • Shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with catsup.
