Ingredients:
- 1 coconut
- one cup sugar
- one tsp nutmeg
- one tsp cinnamon
- one tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- two cups grated inexperienced breadfruit
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup dark rum - we tend to used Appleton rum
- 1/4 cup fusible spread
Procedure
- heat up kitchen appliance to 180°C or 350°F.
- nice (or blend) coconut and juice.
- Add salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, spread and nutmeg to coconut milk juice in a very giant bowl and blend totally.
- Beat the eggs in separate bowl and augment the mixture
- Add the grated breadfruit and therefore the flour and blend totally.
- Add the rum and raisins, combining all ingredients well.
- Pour the batter into a lubricated baking tin and bake
- Use alittle knife or decide to see it's readiness by inserting it and check if it comes out clean.
- Cool and serve once prepared.
