Bread fruit pudding


Ingredients:

  • 1 coconut
  • one cup sugar
  • one tsp nutmeg
  • one tsp cinnamon
  • one tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • two cups grated inexperienced breadfruit
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup dark rum - we tend to used Appleton rum
  • 1/4 cup fusible spread

Bread fruit pudding

Procedure

  • heat up kitchen appliance to 180°C or 350°F.
  • nice (or blend) coconut and juice.
  • Add salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, spread and nutmeg to coconut milk juice in a very giant bowl and blend totally.
  • Beat the eggs in separate bowl and augment the mixture
  • Add the grated breadfruit and therefore the flour and blend totally.
  • Add the rum and raisins, combining all ingredients well.
  • Pour the batter into a lubricated baking tin and bake
  • Use alittle knife or decide to see it's readiness by inserting it and check if it comes out clean.
  • Cool and serve once prepared.
