We have cleaned our pots and not aluminum type either. We made sure they Were the sort allowed on this Glass top. We made rice yesterday, and it boiled over. We lifted off the pot. After cleaning it with soap and water, and cotton in the morning, it's scratched on the element. We didn't slide the pot. We made eggs on another burner this morning, and it's marks again. I never had a problem like this ever. 24hrs and already problem with my high end stove.

The cooktop works great, but the oven temperature shortly became erratic. I had a Bloomberg-approved technician diagnose a faulty temperature sensor which was replaced. The oven worked properly until October 2020, when the same problem reappeared. Now we can't get a new sensor until January 2021! My brother, who recently bought the twin fuel version of this stove, is experiencing an equivalent problem!! There's a drag with the temperature sensors on these stoves, which is unacceptable given the upper than the average sticker price.
